The Vendor reserves the right to set a reserve which may be displayed as undisclosed. Bidders will be informed whether or not the reserve has been met.

Prospective purchasers are encouraged to bid prior to the closing date.

The Closing date will be displayed as time remaining to bid once each individual sale is open for bidding.

The closing date will be reached provided no bid is submitted within the final 10 minutes. If a bid if submitted within the 10 minute period prior to the closing date the auction will remain open for a further 10 minutes form the time the bid is submitted. Each subsequent bid will reset the closing date count down to 10 minutes. The auction will therefore close following a 10 minute period of inactivity.

The vendor may accept an offer made prior to the closing date.

Whilst the offer is not binding, prospective purchasers making an acceptable offer will be required to exchange contracts within 48 hours of notice of acceptance.
